Holloman Air Force Base will be the lead Support with significant participation from Ft. Bliss,
White Sands Missile Range, Cannon Air Force Base, Kirtland Air Force Base, and NM National Guard.

The patriotism within Lincoln County reflects the deep bond between the military, their families, the local governments, and the citizens of Lincoln County. This bond is reflected by the outpouring of local, state and national leaders participating in the signing of this covenant.
This covenant is designed to develop and foster effective state and community partnerships with the military while improving the quality of life for service members and their Families, both at their current duty stations and as they transfer from state to state.
The signing ceremony for this covenant will take place during the Awards Dinner Banquet of MAW 2011.  The importance of this document to Ruidoso and Greater Lincoln County and the participating military establishments cannot be stressed enough.
