All schools
are encouraged to participate. The Chamber of Commerce will accept all
entries through March 12th, 2010. Please hand deliver the essays to the
Chamber, do not mail them. Essays will also be picked up at the offices of
NHECC, SVP and WME. Judging will be held March 26th, 2010.

The
deadline to submit entries is March 26th, 2010
Winners will be announced at a 9:00 A.M. ceremony, on Saturday, May
8th, 2010 at Ruidoso Downs Race Track in-field.
The essays and drawings
will become a virtual scrapbook that will be sent to the U.S. troops
in Iraq and Afghanistan.
