MAW 2011 - April 29 & 30, at Sierra Blanca Regional Airport.
Holloman Air Force Base will be the lead Support with significant participation from Ft. Bliss,
White Sands Missile Range, Cannon Air Force Base, Kirtland Air Force Base, and NM National Guard.

It is the mission of Military Appreciation Weekend (MAW) to create a lasting bond of respect and appreciation between the civilian and military populations, such that Americans from every walk of life will show a genuine sense of pride in "Supporting Our Troops", pledging to and saluting the American flag and expressing brotherly love and compassion for the sacrifices of our troops and their families.
